Do you only coach U.K based runners?Definitely not, were open to athletes wherever in the world you are based, we do operate on U.K time, but will always have a solution to communicate with our runners.

Can I change my payment plan?Yes, at the end of each billing cycle (1, 6 or 12 months) you can alter your plan up or down the options to better suit your needs.

Am I locked into a fixed term contract?With our rolling monthly plan, payment is automatically taken every month, but you can cancel at any time. We only ask you provide 14 days notice, as we will constantly be planning ahead. Our 6 month and 12 month plans require fixed terms for the corresponding length of plan, in order to access the discounted rate. After your 6 or 12 months have expired, you can either repeat your plan, change to a different plan, or cancel your plan.

Do I have to have any running experience?No, runners of all experience levels and abilities are welcomed.

How long does it take to receive my first sessions?After your initial 1-1 phone or video call, we will begin work on your plan straight away, and hope to deliver the first week of training within 48hrs. During your first week we will prepare further ahead, and begin to tailor your plan further based off your feedback.

How will I receive my training plan?We use the app Training Peaks to deliver our plans, a free athlete account is required on sign up to view your training, and with smartwatch integration we will be able to view all your training metrics on our coaching portal (free athlete account has limited metrics displayed, but you can personally find your metrics for free on the app linked to your watch, such as Garmin connect)

CopyrightUnder U.K law, all original content produced by Right Way Coaching is automatically protected. The client agrees to use supplied content for their own personal use, and will not share, sell, reproduce or copy any materials supplied by us for the personal gain of themselves or others. This continues to apply to clients that have chosen to withdraw from their Right Way Coaching plan.

PricingRight Way Coaching reserves the right to alter the pricing of their plans at any time. Commitment plan pricing will be honoured for the full length of the plan term, and monthly plan clients will receive one month following notification at their current billing price, before having the option to accept the change, or cancel their plan.

CancellationIn the case that a client wishes to cancel their training plan, notice must be provided 14 days before the next months payment is due for our one month rolling subscription. For our 6 & 12 month commitment plans, we will be in contact in your final month to determine if you would like to continue on the same plan, change your plan, or cancel your plan. Runners on the 6 & 12 month commitment plans will have the option to pause their plan due to any serious injury or illness sustained from activities outside of your training, for a maximum of 6 months. Plans cannot be paused in the result of a sporting related injury, in this case we will support with alternative training methods that can continue your progress towards your goals. All client data will be deleted on the final day of their plan.

Expected resultsIt is our expectation that with full engagement into the training plan, that each athlete will see improvement in their performances. There is however the chance that, even with full engagement, a client may not progress. This could be down to a number of factors including injury and illness, and the client understands they are not entitled to a refund if results are not obtained.

PrivacyAll client information will remain confidential, and will not be shared without the pre obtained consent of the client. Cases where we might request this could include using your name, image, training and race data to share on our website or socials The client understands and agrees that information relating to their training plan, and conversations with coaches are strictly confidential, and should not be divulged to any third-parties without the consent of the Right Way coaches.

LiabilityBy signing up to any plan offered by us, the client agrees that Right Way Coaching with not be held liable in the case of injury, illness or death to the client whilst directly or indirectly participating in any activity relating to their training plan. The client understands that their involvement in any intense training plan can carry risks, and any information supplied by their coach should be taken as advice only, and is not a substitute for guidance from a medical professional. The client will use their best judgment, in regards to their health status and any other impacting factor, before commencing their involvement in our training plans. The client understands they are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of all information provided during the initial sign up form, and any further information provided in future interaction with their coach, whether verbal or in writing.
